Spline Pinion

YYC Spline Pinion Series DIN5480

The YYC Spline Pinion Series is designed and applied with DIN5480 for precise torque transmission and easy integration with reducers or gearboxes through spline shafts. Each spline pinion is manufactured with high concentricity and precise spline engagement, ensuring smooth power transfer and reliable alignment with YYC racks.

YYC spline pinions are ideal for applications requiring compact installation, zero-slip connection, and high-torque precision motion. With advanced machining and surface finishing, YYC ensures perfect spline-to-shaft fit, minimal backlash, and long service life.

Guideway Rack

The YYC Guideway Rack integrates a precision rack and linear guideway into a single component, available in sizes 15, 20, 25, and 35 across V-type, round-type, and general profiles. Ground variants use SCM440 alloy steel, hardness HRC 53–58°, accuracy DIN 6 (Total Pitch Error Fp/1000 ≤ 0.036 mm); milled variants use S50C steel at DIN 8. Tooth profiles available in straight or helical (right-hand 19°31'42"). Suitable for laser cutting machines, CNC routers, automated material handling, and large gantry systems requiring long-travel linear motion.

Roller Series

The YYC Roller Series is manufactured from SUJ2 (100Cr6) bearing steel, hardened to HRC 60–64° with a radial tolerance of 0–0.01 mm. Available in V-type (UV) and round-type (UR) profiles across sizes 15, 20, 25, and 35, fully compatible with the YYC Guideway Rack. V-type rollers can be paired with the RH-series lubrication cover unit to extend maintenance-free service life. Suitable for laser cutting machines, CNC routers, automated material handling, and gantry systems requiring high-speed, long-stroke linear motion.
