Single-piece lengths up to 2 m, DIN 6 accuracy with ground teeth, module M2–M8.
Longer single pieces mean fewer joints on long-travel axes. That reduces accumulated error at the joints and shortens installation and alignment time. Helical meshing offers a higher contact ratio, smoother running, lower noise, and strong load capacity.
Typical applications: gantry machine tools, laser cutting, 7th axis of welding robots, logistics gantry systems.
The rack and guide surface are integrated into one design. Paired with dedicated rollers, a single rack handles both drive and guidance. This saves installation space, simplifies the structure and assembly, and reduces the error that comes from stacking multiple components.
Typical applications: gantry robots, automated handling, packaging equipment that need compact linear motion.
