YYC Helical Ground Welded Flange Pinion Series
The YYC Helical Ground Welded Flange Pinion Series is designed for applications requiring high precision, rigidity, and stable torque transmission. Each pinion is precision-ground and welded to an integrated flange hub, achieving both compact structure and superior alignment accuracy with YYC racks.

• Tooth profile: Helical, Left Hand Angle 19˚31’42”
• Manufacturing process: Precision Ground and Welded.
• Mounting type: Welded flange with bolt circle
• Accuracy grade: DIN 6
• Material options: Alloy steel (SCM415)
• Heat treatment: Carburized on pinion, Flange is soft.

YYC welded flange pinions are ideal for where vibration resistance and torque accuracy are critical. The precision-ground tooth surface ensures low noise, smooth operation, and consistent backlash performance, even under heavy load or continuous motion.
