What to Expect at Our Booth
FABTECH is North America's largest event for metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing. Visitors include machine builders, system integrators, and the engineering and maintenance teams who run them.
When North American customers talk to us about linear motion, three things come up again and again:
At Booth S46041, that's what we'll be talking about.
Applications and Specifications
Laser Cutting & Engraving Machines: Precision-ground helical racks, module M1.5–M3, DIN 6–8, HRC 50–55. A typical machine uses 2–4 m of rack on each of the X and Y axes. In dual-drive setups, accurate racks help prevent torque imbalance during fast direction changes.
Robot 7th Axis & Automation Transfer Lines: SCM440 induction-hardened racks, module M2–M5, DIN 6–9, HRC 50–55, built for continuous 24-hour operation.
Gantry Machining Centers & Boring Mills: S50C or SCM440, induction hardened, module M2–M8, DIN 5–10, HRC 50–60. Pitch error below 0.03 mm/m for long-axis precision.
Material Handling, AS/RS & Robot Transfer Units (RTU): Module M3–M6, DIN 8, carbon steel or SCM440, induction hardened to HRC 50–60. Used in lifting platforms, automated storage and retrieval systems, and robot transfer units that extend a robot's reach for welding, palletizing and part handling.
Guideway Rack & Roller Series: A precision rack and a linear guideway combined in one component, available in sizes 15, 20, 25 and 35. Pairs with the YYC Roller Series. Suited to laser cutting machines, material handling and large gantry systems.
Our U.S. Program
Application-based design: Share your load, speed, travel length and accuracy target, and we'll work through module, material and heat treatment with you.
U.S. local inventory program: Common sizes stocked in the U.S., so you don't have to wait on shipments from Taiwan for every order.
Technical support center in Tampa, FL: Application engineers working on North American hours, available for sizing review, installation questions and post-order support.
Who Should Stop By
Machine builders, system integrators, and the engineering and maintenance teams running rack-driven axes. This is especially useful if you're planning a new machine or replacing a worn drive. Bring your drawing or axis specs to Booth S46041 and we'll review them with you.
